- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sautéed spinach ( about 2 cups fresh)
- 1/2 cup chopped, canned artichoke hearts, plus hand chop 1/4 cup artichoke to fold into mixture
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 to 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 T olive oil
- Sautee spinach with olive oil
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse to mix.
- Use a spoon to stir and fold in chopped artichoke
- Spoon into a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese
- Bake until golden brown on top.
