Portion Control – DIY Snack Bowl

June 8, 2018 by admin Leave a Comment

Control your portion with this DIY Snack Bowl

Making my own snack bowl to control my portions and save money. This bowl has dates, cheese, cashews, and grapes. I used a 2 cup Pyrex bowl with lid. Use this bowl to create a healthy snack bowl. This bowl holds my morning and afternoon snack.

I keep myself accountable by using Pyrex bowls, I use the 1 cup, 2 cup, and 4 cup.

I wish Pyrex made a glass half cup size with lid, it would be a perfect set.

I’ll keep you posted on my weight loss using my bowls.

Diet starts Monday.

August 23, 2014 by admin Leave a Comment

For the past week I have eaten everything that is not on the list of healthy. So when I seen this cheddar cheese jalapeño bagel it just called out my name. If that wasn't enough I added more than the two tablespoons of vegetable cream cheese. Let's not stop there pile some roasted turkey and wash it down with a ginger ale. Did I tell you this was breakfast and since I brought two bagels I repeated the same thing for lunch. Can we all agree the diet starts Monday.

BTW it was a savings I got the bagel for 70 cents at the bakery at Mariano's.
